Ethics Line
As a best practice implemented by National and International companies, the Ethics Line objective is to provide communication channels between the Company and its stakeholders (employees, clients, suppliers, society, etc.), regarding actions or omissions against the Copmany's ethical principles, human rights, values and accepted behaviors..
When should the Ethics Line be used?
  • To provide information regarding poor management of the Company's assets and resources, by the Company or its suppliers.
  • When human rights, Company values and accepted behaviors are being breached.
  • In cases that indicate a will to offer or receive presents, entertainment, or bribes, that can affect the Company's purchasing decisions.
    • In  which cases is the Ethics Line  NOT used?

    1. To send advertising information and/or to offer goods and services to the Company.

    2. To make suggestions for improvements to the Company’s processes.
