An ordinary dividend of USD$0.0175 per share will be paid, equivalent to four payments, transferred from reserves from years prior to 2017, for the payment of tax-free dividends in favor of each outstanding share.

The dividend will be paid quarterly on April 26, July 26, October 26, 2023, and January 25, 2024.
