As a best practice adopted by national and international companies, the Ethics Line aims to provide communication channels between the Company and its stakeholders (employees, clients, suppliers, society, etc.) regarding actions or omissions that violate the Company’s ethical principles, human rights, values and accepted behaviours.
- To report poor management of the Company's assets and resources by the Company or its suppliers.
- To report breaches of human rights, Company values and accepted behaviours.
- To report offers or receipts of gifts, entertainment, or bribes that could influence the Company's purchasing decisions.
In which cases is the Ethics Line NOT used?
- Sending advertising information and/or offering goods and services to the Company.
- Making suggestions for improvements to the Company’s processes.
