David Londoño has over 35 years of experience in the mining sector. He has held technical, operational, and managerial positions at international companies such as OceanaGold, Kirkland Lake Gold, AngloGold Ashanti, and Barrick Gold.
David holds a degree in Mining Engineering from the National University of Colombia, a Master of Science in Earth and Systems Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, and an MBA from Regis University.
Alan Wancier has been the CFO of Mineros since 2019. He joined the Company in 2014 as Vice President of Finance of Hemco Nicaragua S.A., a direct subsidiary of Mineros, and oversaw the turnaround of the group's Nicaraguan assets.
Alan is an industrial engineer with a broad range of international experience in the financial management of companies in the mining and alcoholic beverage industries.
Mr. Wancier holds a BSc (Industrial Engineering) from Universidad de Los Andes, Colombia and an MBA (Finance & Accounting) from the University of Rochester.
Ana Isabel Gaviria is the Vice President of Legal and Sustainability at Mineros S.A., overseeing the areas of General Secretary, Legal Affairs, Sustainability, Risk Management, and Compliance. She joined the company in 2010, previously serving as General Secretary and Head of Legal Affairs. With nearly 20 years of international experience, she specializes in legal and sustainability matters, with a particular focus on the mining sector.
Ana Isabel is a Colombian lawyer and holds an LLM in Corporate and Securities Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a Master's degree in Sustainability from the University of Cambridge.
Santiago Cardona has been the Vice President in charge of the Company's mining operations in Colombia, since 2018. He has been with Mineros since 2004, and previously served as Vice President, Supply Chain and Projects and a Project Director.
Santiago holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and a Project Management Specialist designation from Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia.
Luis Fernando Villa is a Mechanical Engineer graduated from the Universidad Nacional of Colombia, in addition, he has a Specialization in Logistics from the Universidad de Medellín (Colombia) and a Master's Degree in Administration from EAFIT (Colombia).
He has extensive experience in planned maintenance management, power generation, supplies and transportation; budgets and key management indicators.
Luis Fernando has over 19 years of experience in the mining industry. At Mineros S.A., he has also held the position of Vice President of the Supply Chain and Supply Chain and Project Manager.

Luis Ramirez joined Mineros in 2002. Extensive experience in different areas of the Company such as Supply Chain Management, Administration and Digital Transformation. Luis has been part of the Human Resources team since 2020. Luis possesses a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and International Markets from Universidad EIA, Colombia.
Ann Wilkinson is a seasoned investor relations executive who has worked with both base and precious metals producers and developers including Gold Resource Corporation, TMAC Resources, GoldQuest Mining, Orvana Minerals and Breakwater Resources, amongst others.
She has been responsible for the development and execution of investor relations strategy; representing public companies in their respective relationships with the investment community and acting as a public spokesperson. She has led crisis communications around fires in production hoists, floods, cracked semi-autogenous grinding mills, strikes, layoffs, and challenges with newly commissioned tailings impoundment facilities.
Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts, Economics from Western University in London, Ontario, Canada and a Business Foundations Specialization from The Wharton School.
Inivaldo is a Civil Mining Engineer with over 30 years of experience in both open-pit and underground mining operations across South America. He has led technical and operational teams in mine planning, technical services, and operations management. He previously served as Vice President of Artisanal and Small-Scale Mining and as Vice President of Technical Services at Aris Mining Colombia. His experience is complemented by additional studies in Project Evaluation, Talent Development, and Mining Business Management.
