Nechí Alluvial Property

Long history of efficient, profitable and reliable production.
  • Operations are located near El Bagre, a town 190 km north of Medellín, Colombia, with over 10 years of Mineral Reserves based on the LOM plan.
  • With 50 years of mining experience, we have established well-understood, efficient, profitable and reliable production using suction and bucket dredges similar to those used in mineral sands operations.
  • Alluvial gold deposits are mined from closed ponds in the floodplain adjacent to the Nechí River. The free gold is hosted in sand and gravel, and our recovery process uses only gravity methods, with no cyanide or mercury involved.
Our operations are supported by hydroelectric power, ensuring a sustainable and environmentally friendly energy source.
